San Diego resident Brian Borg is a self-professed outdoor activities enthusiast. When not engaged in his work in human resources, Brian Borg spends a considerable amount of his free time hiking and exploring the natural areas of San Diego County, including Torrey Pines State Reserve as well as Cuyamaca State and Mission Trails regional parks. When the opportunity presents itself, he also sets up camp at sites near Mt. Laguna and Mt. Palomar.

Mr. Borg has also traveled extensively across the continental United States. While visiting iconic natural parks like Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Grand Canyon, he engages in nature photography, specifically capturing bird species that are native to those locales.

In addition to hiking, Mr. Borg pursues weightlifting and fitness to stay active. He maintains a rigorous workout schedule, including strength-training exercises like squats, as well as bench and shoulder presses. He is also a patron of local breweries and lists Green Flash Brewing and Alpine Beer Company as two of his favorite beer producers.
